Zreta bills subscriptions for catalog products in the currencies configured on each plan. Public pricing commonly lists GHS for Ghana and regional buyers.
What customers can do in the portal
- View subscriptions, invoices, and payment history.
- Upload payment proofs for manual review where required.
- Open support tickets and download licensed assets when entitled.
Payment methods
- Configured gateways may include Hubtel, Paystack, and Flutterwave for Mobile Money and card flows.
- Card data is processed by the gateway — not stored as raw PAN on this platform.
- Payment proof files are private and served only to authenticated, entitled users.
Dual path for live products
Start or demo on the product application (ChurchHub or CoreTrust), then manage commercial billing through Zreta. Roadmap products are not sold as live GA until published as such.
